I am having problems with Light Cyan on head 1. Nozzle check is showing light cyan completely missing. It is working in head 2. No problems with any other colors in head 1 or 2. Have done several cleans and head maintenance. I cant get any light cyan out of head 1. Any suggestions?

I tried troubleshooting many different things. Swapped HDC cables, Tested fuses, Completely shutting off and pulling the main power cable. Nothing worked. Ended up swapping in an older used head we had laying around and it worked great. So i am not sure what the problem was with the head...

I did just check the fuses on the HDC with my meter. They are all good.

I have done several air purges, does not seem to make a difference. I will do nozzle checks and clear will pretty much not show up until I do a clean, then the clear will be fine. The filters were replaced with what PDS specified for filters for this color and ink type setup.
