Not sure if it applies to that model but on other Hp printers the vacuum setting set too high can cause similar issues.

Looks like Ultraboard DP doesn't play nice with the R2000. Not sure if we received a bad batch. Printed same file, same settings as original but on a different brand and worked flawlessly.

That Arlon DPF 8000 leaves a lot of adhesive behind on our rollers and platen. Every time it is used the printer has to be cleaned thoroughly.

Going to need edge holders on the R1000, that material is a pain to print without them.

Thanks, we are on Onyx 22, not the latest but not too old either. We tried reducing nodes and it removes a lot of them but still leaves dozens, not close to what the original file looks like in Go Produce. We reached out to Onyx and are waiting to hear back.

This did not fix the issue for us.

We just ran into this issue and it is Onyx adding the extra nodes. Both screenshots are from Summa Go produce, the one with few nodes is a pdf created in Illustrator sent directly to Go Produce, but the one with hundreds of nodes is the same file but was ran through Onyx cut server for the sake...

This is what we use on the R2000 (Printing 4x8 coroplast boards horizontally): 4pass 90 - 750 vacuum on everything For the 4 pass profile we have 149f drying, Drying airflow pressure 40, curing temp 167f, curing airflow 430 and curing height 0.98

Hi, what do you mean when you say "if you have more than one you have too many"? We use 3 different vinyl medias and each has a different white point, so using the same profile on all of them yields 3 different colors.
