I didnt order from signwarehouse. I ordered direct. Either way I'm hoping I don't need to go anywhere to use someone else's. It was just a nice offer.

Well I guess I will find out how good the mutoh support is if I have any issues. The company said that they will take care of any issues if I have any. And can go to there facility and use one of theirs until the new one gets fixed. I hope I made the right choice

Not getting a combo I already have a nice cutter. My vj1204 is having fits every other week and I can't be down. I ordered the mutoh 1324sr yesterday. After talking with a few different companys.

I've tried contacting the seller of mutoh in iowa. But even when I contacted mutoh headquarters they sent me to a company from Wisconsin. So far I've been talking with them for a day.

Trying to decide between the 2 looking at a new 54 inch printer. What are the main differences? Both are eco solvent.

It was the printhead that ended up being clogged and the cables being messed up. It's up and going. Played with it for awhile today. Thanks everyone

Ended up purchasing new printhead should be here today. But like everyone says if they sit they get expensive.

I googled that part number and miamisignsupply says they have them in stock. It doesn't have a picture but maybe it's the correct one. Hope it helps

Yes I know how to test fuses. I just can't seem to find where f2 is located on any of the boards. I tried calling the number mutoh gave me for a repair tech but either they got a new number or went out of business.
