All printheads new, except OP. Printhead aligment done. I ran the color calibration and ICC profiling at least 3 times on the oryginal profile and nothing helps. On the left is my old grey, on the right the new one.
I have thought that i have things sorted out with this machine. I had this profile with perfect greys for years but after switching all printheads to new ones besides the OP one in a span of one week i got a color change and now my profile with a perfect grey has a yellowish tint on it. I tried...

Hello,
I have been looking more than 10 minutes for a SMK 3 service manual on google, can't find one. The service guys in my s*hole country want 1400$ for the service excluding the kit itself. I want to try it myself. I was succesful with the PIP module so maybe this will go smooth aswell...
Yes we do staple it quite densely, we use Apex Premium Polyester canvas 240g, i try to figure out if its the canvas, our technique or is it the frames, i think it's the canvas but maybe someone has a different proposition?

Hello.
I started making canvas prints and the first time i have landed a nice job almost immediately i have stumbled upon problems. The order consists of 100+ stretched canvases, size is 27x19 inches. The problem is the canvas material, after a week the canvases loosen and the material is far...

I started to print and cut on magnetics with mixed success, i do the printing on a 360latex machine and do the cutting on a Zund G3 table. The result is a very bad shift in one axis, print and .eps align perfectly. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
Hello,
I have this small issue with printing grey color, it comes out with a pinkish hue, i'm quite sure that the LC-LM printhead is the culprit(6 pass CMYK comes out perfect) but someone suggested that a cleaning of the encoder strip is recommended aswell. Is it a good idea to clean the...
We use Avery transfer paper, Frosted vinyl is very easy to apply when it has a layer of transfer paper, the intricacy of the design doesn't matter. You have to use medium strenght paper along with a very good brand of frosting, we use Neschen with air realease. We always apply dry.
Have tested many Rip's, but went with Colorgate, by far the fastest, color control is rock solid, the price for the basic version to go with Latex is also very reasonable....
You can buy chips from Alibaba, then You have to take the head part of the cartridge off with some force and a flat screwdriver, slice the chip off with a surgical scalpel knife and glue the new one in place. Then assemble it back again.
Third party inks are generally a very bad idea, better...
On my leaflet it states that IJ-180 maxes out at 200 F, the guy can say he has 350F when loaded but You will only know for sure when You measure it Yourself.
I think that HP knew right from the start that their inks cause problems with laminates, hence the whole "HP Latex inks don't need lamination as they're so much more scratch resistant than solvent" slogan. Yes they are much more resistant than Solvent but far from not needing a lamination for...
