Thank you! It is a 13 oz double sided banner. Anything I have read the 30” has no way to change the head height. Which is weird. Yes it has printed fine in the past. I guess I’ll just keep an eye on it. Just being extra cautious with the new head!

I have a Roland sp300i and I’ve always printed on vinyl and banner and have never changed the height of the printhead. I am not even sure if I can on my printer. I just replaced the printhead and have to print on double sided 13 oz banner which I have done before but now I wonder if I need to...

I ended up getting the head replaced and it’s printing great again! Glad I kept it. How do I change the head height when printing 13oz banner? I have always used the regular height. Is there just a low and high setting? Then I should program it in which I have never used either.

I did do that then put a little cleaning solution thru too then pulled it out again. I’ll give it another try. Thanks so much!!

It ended up being a 72 hr head soak by mistake. The test print printed red where the yellow shld be so I drained the line abit with a syringe and did a few medium cleans and it’s back.
