Is the metal cup coated and specifically made for sublimation???

Have 2 screens that have sat for over a year with the emulsion burned into them as I did use the screens. Any special or extra steps I need to do to remove the emulsion other than using emulsion stripper?

Just drove 2 hours and picked one up from them yesterday! Already put it to use and absolutely a game changer for me!

Anyone have the S2 T120 that can tell me if 48in or 50in material will fit? I cannot find the T140 (54in) plotter in stock anywhere and I need a new plotter. My printer is Mutoh Vj1204 which prints 48in, but I believe it use 50in material with it. TIA!

Why would my cuts be off this much? Using Flexi with type 2 registration marks. For the life of my I can’t get an accurate cut. Seems since I had vinyl bunch up underneath the head I’ve had this issue. I am at such a loss and have wasted sooo much material.

This is suppose to be grey. I also have one blue nozzle that is not firing at all. Could the incorrect color be caused by this nozzle?

I’ve done both cleaning and 2 little charges. I’ve got one black and one blue nozzle firing.

It also appears that something is wrong with the maintenance station. I’m putting solution on the capping station and it doesn’t go down, it just sits there. When trying to pull it thru the lines, I get a lot of tension on the syringe and it collapses the line
