  1. FlexiCOMPLETE is an utter piece of garbage

I was happy with version 19, but we bought a used 570 and the version of 19 I had doesn't support it, so I upgraded, if I had known how much of a problem it was going to be then I might not have bought the 570.
  2. FlexiCOMPLETE is an utter piece of garbage

I have been a Flexi user for close to 15 years having recently upgraded from version 19 to FlexiComplete and I can say without a doubt this is the most rushed, unfinished, bug-ridden version of any software I have ever used. I have had to contact Flexi support 4 times in the past two weeks and...
  3. How do I get the thumbnail to preview the file?

So I just upgraded from version 19 to the latest version and with 19 my Windows PC showed a preview of the file, after upgrading i just get a big purple 'F'. Does anyone know how I can get my preview back?
  4. Plotter started cutting at the end of the print, how to fix?

HP Latex 365 with HP (Summa) 54" Plotter. Not sure what changed, but all the sudden my plotter started cutting at the end of the print instead of at the beginning. I'm still running Flexi version 19 (free) I can't find a setting to fix this, any ideas?
  5. Thinking of replacing our 570 with a R5070.. Thoughts?

Bringing this back to life as I am looking to replace my 8 year old Latex 365, Grimco says Epson has a $7000 instant rebate this month for the R5070.
  6. Interested in the Epson Resin line, tell me what you love and hate about them.

Been printing trailer wraps on HP Latex 365's for about 9 years, they are fairly reliable printers with the downside being the quality on jobs that require hi-res prints, fine for trailer wraps, but not great for product labels or photo quality prints. I don't see us ever going to anything that...
  7. 365, Black is bleeding into the surrounding colors, any ideas?

I did replace the optimizer printhead and it is a lot less, but still not 100%, noticeable where the black and yellow touch each other, all printheads changed except one MAG/YEL and one CY/BL
  8. 365, Black is bleeding into the surrounding colors, any ideas?

changed most print heads, waiting for two more to come in tomorrow, can't figure out what is causing it.
  9. What wide format material do you use for product labels?

I've tried a lot of materials but most sign vinyl's don't have the look and feel of labels printed from actual label printers, is there a material you use that gets close?
  10. Getting what appears to be rub lines on canvas material, help?

I think you are right, I went back and looked at the last time I used that roll and it was 2020... I ordered a new roll, lol
  11. Getting what appears to be rub lines on canvas material, help?

printing on canvas that appears to be totally flat, but I keep getting what appears to be rub lines, material is not touching the heater either, anyone run into this or know what is causing it?
  12. Pallet pricing on cast material for trailer wraps, can anyone beat this?

Been with Grimco for 15 years, bought two Latex 365's from them with plotters, laminators, and 100's of thousands in material... I also shop with Glantz and Fellers from time to time. Grimco has it's issues for sure. communication with their customers is probably my biggest gripe, when they...

  14. Pallet pricing on cast material for trailer wraps, can anyone beat this?

Rivets are the issue, we used a high-end calendared product for a few years, but the installers hated it in the summer, it would cling to fast.
