I was happy with version 19, but we bought a used 570 and the version of 19 I had doesn't support it, so I upgraded, if I had known how much of a problem it was going to be then I might not have bought the 570.

So I just upgraded from version 19 to the latest version and with 19 my Windows PC showed a preview of the file, after upgrading i just get a big purple 'F'. Does anyone know how I can get my preview back?

HP Latex 365 with HP (Summa) 54" Plotter. Not sure what changed, but all the sudden my plotter started cutting at the end of the print instead of at the beginning. I'm still running Flexi version 19 (free) I can't find a setting to fix this, any ideas?

I did replace the optimizer printhead and it is a lot less, but still not 100%, noticeable where the black and yellow touch each other, all printheads changed except one MAG/YEL and one CY/BL

Rivets are the issue, we used a high-end calendared product for a few years, but the installers hated it in the summer, it would cling to fast.
