  1. Onyx fc9000 setup

I recently reset my Graphtec fc9000 due an issue with the carriage. I now can’t remember how I connected it to my onyx. I set the cutter to use auto instead of hp-gl and gp-gl but that didn’t work. I’m sure I set this up like this before as I used both cutting master and onyx. I also tried to...
  2. S80600 Media Load Error

Turn off the sensor and you can print. I plan on buying a new sensor and seeing if that works.
  3. A slight stutter a little hesitant on FC9000 when moving along the carriage.

All ok now, I didn't set the height of the head correctly when I put it back on. I needed to be 10mm above and I was lower which was giving me the error. All working now, thanks.
  4. A slight stutter a little hesitant on FC9000 when moving along the carriage.

So I took the carriage off and checked for debris etc, bearings all seemed ok, put it all back together and now I am getting a cross cutter issue e01019. I didn't make not of how high the the motor part on the carriage went if that makes a difference. I can cut ok, just not cross cut without the...
  5. A slight stutter a little hesitant on FC9000 when moving along the carriage.

Thank you, I'll take a look and contact you if I need any help. Thank you
  6. A slight stutter a little hesitant on FC9000 when moving along the carriage.

Hi all I'm not sure if I am going crazy but watching the FC9000 cut some stickers I notice a slight stutter the head is moving along the carriage. It is cutting ok but vertically perfectly and when doing a die cut it is perfect, when cutting along horizontally especially on a die cut, the cuts...

  8. Service Program for Epson S60600

As per the title, does anyone have the Service Program for Epson S60600 they don't mind sharing? I have a media width issue and I think the sensor needs replacing. I found the service manual online and it says you can check using the service program. There are copies on eBay but I'm not sure...
  9. Epson S60600 Service / Engineer Manual

Load media error. When I load the media, the head moves top the left as it normally does and then I get the error. I have cleaned around where the sensor is but nothing changes. I don't seem to have a clear cover on mine like the one I saw on your tube (not sure why) but I cleaned around the...
  10. Epson S60600 Service / Engineer Manual

Hi all I have a load media issue with my Epson S60600. I can't find an engineer in the UK other than the main Epson dealer (too expensive for a contract) and other than this issue, it's been fine. I'm assuming it's a dodgy sensor and easy enough to replace if I knew how. Does anyone have a...

Did you fix this? I have the same issue
  12. Epson S60600 & S40600 Technical Service Manual

Could you reshare the file please. I'm having issues with my 60600. Thanks
  13. Load media error S60600

Hi all My Epson S60600 keeps coming up with a Load Media issue. I think I've narrowed it down to the sensor on the head. When I turn off the Media Skew, Media Width and the Media End sensor it loads fine. So one by one I turned them back on and it was the Media Width sensor that threw up the...
  14. What resolution is everyone printing at

So I created my own profile in Flexi and it looks so washed out compared to my Onyx profile (custom profile created in Onyx 21). I could see the dots on the flexi profile where as the Onyx version seemed pretty hard to see, a very good print in my eyes on a sold colour. I've been fighting this...
  15. What resolution is everyone printing at

Thanks Pauly I tried printing a few of the ink limit charts using various Dithers but Enhanced Stochastic seemed to work the best. I think I've nailed my process but I am going to repeat it using the Contone method and see how they compare. I know Flexi has a icc profile compare feature but is...
