I thought I'd post the solution. The height measuring tool lost it's origin. HP had to log in and recalibrate. Unfortunately, it is not user adjustable but it was a quick fix. Down side is the phone call for support is $250.

I had an odd request from a client to replace the lenses on their office signs. The ones they have were silk screened with a red stripe and it clashes with their decor. Anyone know how to get this material? I am guessing it is polycarbonate but it looks like it has an antiglare finish.

That is exactly what I told them but they won't budge. I thought being $0.75 more per square ft would dissuade them but it didn't.

Anyone have any experience on finishing Polypropolene Banners? I have a client insisting on use poly for their banners and it needs to be hemmed and grommeted. I tried talking them into vinyl and priced the poly at a premium, but they still want poly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

If it is just the single channel I'd guess bad head, controller board or cable from board to head. Swapping cable from one channel to another is a good way of ruling out the printhead as the issue.
