  1. Kala Laminator Won't Feed

    I have a Mistral 1650, 55'' Laminator. When I try to run vinyl through the machine it won't feed the material. It pulls in the vinyl a little and then shoots it back out and does not move forward. It makes a large clacking sound when trying to feed.

    OPOS wont read reg marks, goes in circles around the mark.

    I put the little plastic piece back on the sides and it lowered the OPOS and is working now. Thank you!!!

    I have an HP latex 54 cutter that I use with Onyx thrive 18.5 I did a reinstall in the software last week and now my OPOS will not read the registration marks. It will begin to read the barcode and look for the registration marks. It then goes .25 inches to the left and goes in circles looking...

  5. Onyx 12 Telling me waiting for media size for 54", although tile is only 50"

    Im using a latex and had 0 margins I wanted to print to 60" on a 61" roll. Once I disabled the cut settings it works. I think its .5 inch on each side for the registration marks.
