    Have you tried printing the job, then cutting WITHOUT any heat? I always use registration marks because I laminate everything that I print, I ALWAYS turn off the heater for cutting. I've experienced the same scenario you are describing, cutting without the heaters I'd say 99% of my jobs are spot...
