I spoke to signwarehouse tech support and they told me to replace the damper and the o-ring, and that if it still didn't clear up the problem then it was probably a crack in the plastic nipple the damper connects to on the head. My question now is..... coulld I need try some sort of plastic...
Can I use alcohol to clean the heads on my machine? like rubbing alcohol? can I use that to let them sit in the capping station aswell. I have run out of cleaning solution. I don't want to do anything that will make things worse for me lol

when I am printing at my lowest resolution the black is coming out way to heavy. does anyone know how I can reduce just that color or maybe change something.

Seems like everytime I print solid colorsI get lines of ink that build up in some sections of the print. It's almost like the heater is not working in that area or something. Does anybody have the same problem or know what is causing this? I have attached a picture for you guys to see
k, here's an update. I tried to just pull air from the waste lines and one line is crystal clear and the other one is completely blocked up. I put some cleaning solution on that side of the capping station and it just sits there. trial and error has proven that the blockage is between the...
