if you can. i wouldnt go smaller than 54" because most stock comes in 54" wide. you can get shorter, but costs more usually. and less options. Other than that, my opinion is useless.

Only suggestion is to crank up the output. If you had the mercury lamps, then consider checking the hours and changing them out 500 hours is usually the right time (only added this for other people with the same problem on older machines)

If OP answers the question, the older the IJC 2xx inksets are tacky after print. It's quite normal and take a day to fully cure.

I've never heard of this as a problem. I've ran my 9000 over 3 years, Over night, literally 24/7 operations for months on end with 0 issues of over heating.

A lot of MIS software does this for pricing. We run printiq and it'll do this while with a job. Ive not heard if any dedicated software that'll do this standalone that I've used.
