could it be your catridge ink valve not opening properly? Next thing that could cause ink flow...

Make sure you have the original cap I had issues with the generic cheaper ones, all depends.. your last resort may be get a new damper for the black.

My problem was the capping station tube's which heads to the suction motor were bad over time, got loose and had a build up, bought the whole capping station with the cover just to get the original hoses. After was fine.

I had an issue with my old com16 board had it replaced but then realized that the head was bad also, turn on machine saw light smoke from the print head...cable slight burnt .. so i got a new print head now powered on the machine without head cables connected and the f2 fuse on the com board...

My issues is the guy played in the parameters, now my cjv150 when set at 80 or any pressure, the blade cuts fine, sometimes the pressure decreases or increases during cutting, but the figures on the print doesnt changes when it's set. Could it be cable issues, i also change the scale for the...

I'm looking for parameters for a cjv150-130 anyone will to share theirs, i lost my back up, I'm running ES3 inks. I paid a guy for online support for a firmware update and he messed up the original parameters changed some stuff. So i need the orignial, any firmware update also ?

I've got a CJV150-130 does anyone have instructions on to how to go about chaning the cables in the trailing arm ? i need to change my cables since they are bad.

I would like to know if anyone has parameters for a cjv150-130 using ES3 inks, atech guy played in my parameters working on my printer, and it's a bit messed up keeps throwing up a code, even after the problem was fixed. I'm from the Caribbean so paid a guy to remotely update my firmware. so...

So i found the issue a screw backed out and fell where the pen encoder is and messed up for the liner scale so the encoder couldn't read, and for some reason no error code is coming up, so i'll purcahse a new scale and encoder and will try it out.

Print runs fine in print mode, anytime i try print/cut it gets it cut mode, cut head shift inot position then freezes the printer would need to turn off and back on. Tried a test cut through the printer and same results. I get no error codes on screen, is it a bad board... bad cable ?

Need help, cjv150 won't cut freezes print, won't do a test cut either, i can print fine. Any time i send a print and cut it freezes when after the blade shift to position for cutting
