    Not familiar with spicers that you mention...I am not concerned with the white laminate adhesive as much as the adhesive of the clear.     Grabbed a replacement thru digital media warehouse...spoke with Phil first, very informative. Also spoke with Brendon for processing order. I picked up this part from them...changed out curing unit for this same error, back to printing. The service and knowledge from them was top notch.

    I have 3 1624x...1 1604 before...out of service now...no problems...but mutoh..if your listening...this should be addressed...as I do not think a 4th is in the future from reading this...not good news from a printer that has been so reliable since the 1604...not impressed
