    Thank you!
  2. HP 315 inks/optimizer

Anyone notice when the inks run low, down to 33 or so that the ink will increase sometimes. I'll leave the ink window open on the printer and it will increase every once in while. I started printing it stated LC was 33, halfway through the print its says 34. My print has a lot of light blue in...
  3. polycarb face snapping in half?

I had an older piece that I had to get rid of once. I tried bending it in half and jumping on it to try and break it. It just stayed bent. Although I had a piece crack on me when pulling out of the face of a cabinet. It was very old and I'm not certain it was poly.
  4. Magenta starvation, HP 310 printer

I had a new printhead go bad within a few prints, (banding). I replaced the printhead after multiple tests and all was fine. To get a new printhead from HP to replace the bad printhead is not fun.
  5. Never made a name plate for office wall mounts before. Any Ideas?

I do office name plates from time to time. I order the frames, same size as you 10"x2". They come with inserts and lexan covers. I usually will print on vinyl and mount to the insert. When tenants move I print new name on vinyl and make a new insert out of polystyrene. Hope this helps.

Make me a reasonable offer. I say reasonable because I have seen what parts sell for online. Pick up in Solon, OH.
  7. OH 2008 Roland Versacamm VP540 for sale

We have a 2008 Roland Versacamm VP540 with take up for sale. The good is its had a black printhead replaced 6 years ago and the Magenta printhead replaced last summer, and just put new inks in last month. The bad is we think it has a crack in the solder for the network connection on the main...
  8. Versacamm VP540 "Now Processing" message

    Battery replacement did not work.
  9. Versacamm VP540 "Now Processing" message

I just swapped out the 2032 coin battery. Going to see if this makes any difference. Figured for the price of a 2032 battery is well worth a shot.
  10. Making a 4'x8' single-sided outdoor sign using 6mm MaxMetal and applying a digitally printed full-size laminated graphic to the front side.

We use 3M liquid edge sealer 3950. Seems to be overkill at times but provides peace of mind.
  11. Versacamm VP540 "Now Processing" message

Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure what the scan motor hours are or how to check for it. Our Roland tech. did get back to me and said the same as you about it probably being a mainboard problem. I was going to do some searching on the forum and see if anyone has a mainboard. I'm not sure where...
  12. Versacamm VP540 "Now Processing" message

Hey all, We have a Roland Versacamm VP540 that has been giving the "Now Processing" message during print jobs. I have looked on here and it seemed like similar people were having problems, and that it might be the network connection on the board of the printer. I recently was at an open house...
