The only thing was windows, but the machine is running ver 4.10. Other than this, nothing has changed software wise.

That is bizarre if it is the motherboard, as once it's turned on via the side switch I can print fully normally, with no issues. I've been leaving it in head soaks, so it doesn't dry up :) . Hi Everyone This is a weird one and is stumping quite a few pros. My cjv150 won’t turn on with the end/power button any more. So when the printer shuts down either Manuel or after a certain time, I can’t turn the printer on by the on button on the front. I have to hard switch it off and on...

Essentially that's what we found as well, although we had to dial the heat back as the media was becoming way too wavy under the heat and was just going to head strike, so had to settle on 30,35,45 and add a scan pause just to give it time for that pass to dry. It added like 10 mins to a job...
