We've had this printer for a little over a year now and it's warranty will be coming to an end soon. It's been great but it does have a few little issues. For one it regularly blows a fuse when running the vacuum past 80% and Roland just said that's normal. I have few ideas on how to fix that...

Nevermind, I confused it with the CJV330. Have you rebooted the machine? Mimakis have a lot of safety checks in them and a lot of software lockouts, check around and inside the machine for anything that seems out of the ordinary.

Is it still under warranty? These printers are pretty much all under warranty still unless you got the problematic first release.

Well after a little more back and forth the customer wanted the plates to be engraved. They want grey with white letters.

I mean that's the normal Lenticular stuff(still hard to get) I was looking for fly eye stuff. It uses circular lenses in a hexagonal pattern instead of lines. It's cool if nobody makes it anymore. I figured the market seemed small for it due to the price of most rolls of it.

I'm looking into lenticular printing and I have printers that can do it. I just can't seem to find the material. I have found site for suppliers in Europe but none in the US. Anyone know where you can get it in the states?

It was humidity related. It was delivered about 2 hours before anyone got to the shop and sat in Florida's weather.

The frames are already there. I just need to make inserts. I think we're going with duets and printing directly onto them.

That appears to maybe be it. It seems to have a weird crease going through the middle and its really wavy when you unroll it.
