Where do you find your cutoff blades? I have searched all over for them and cannot find one. Mine got destroyed when I cut some high intensity reflective and forgot to turn off the cutoff. Starting to get tired of feeding vinyl out to cut it off with my knife and feeding it back.

I had to bump this one with the old: "My wife is an artist, she can help design the sign." Glad to have the help! :banghead:

Are you setting your blade depth any deeper for the laminate or leaving it the same as with the vinyl?

I have 2.61. When I select the dimension tool a toolbar shows up at the top of the screen with a few boxes and buttons. The first box adjusts the text size and the second box adjusts the arrow size.

I have trouble with my Mimaki CG-160 FX if I let the rollers and blade get too close to the edge of the roll. I've had mine get off by as much as 1.5 inches over 16'. When I do have to make long cuts I keep the outer rollers at least 1" from the edges 1.5" if possible. That usually solves any...
