    Did you follow instructions? Did the cyan shift over to where the black should be printed? If so, the head is fried.

    Test print, printer used, program used prior to sending it to Versa, would all help. Save the file as a PDF, add it as a job, and let us know how you go.

    Thats the one. If you feel just over the back of the encoder strip, you will feel it laying on the frame.

    THK bearings are made by the same company, located in many countries, if you are prepared to do some research, check it out.
