As weird as it sounds, check your encoder strip, could be a bit of lint, fuzz, ink or something. Seen it a few times and anywhere past the contamination will start printing all broken and fuzzy.
Pullback prints on the UCJV300/330 are great sellers, lets us do clear material with art on both sides and color in middle. Don't think the UJV100 can do that.

The UJV100 is a printer that was just skipped. If they had a UJV330, that would be a great option for those of us who didn't want another slow AF vinyl cutter and the expense thereof. However, I wouldn't hold my breath too long.
Run a clean and look at the capping station to see if you have magenta being pulled through the nozzles. Also not a bad idea to follow your ink lines and look for possible damage or disconnections.
If you pull hard on air ports, you might pull in ink from the nozzles. If you do it gently, it's more likely you'll just do it through the subtank. If tank isn't filling, it could be a lack of air vacuum. Check the clear lines attached to the subtanks for signs of ink getting in them.
