Meet the i3200-U1 HD, the 8 channel version of the UV i3200. Also aqueous and solvent versions of these heads in 8 channel.

Might be a MAPS setting issue or the head is using incorrect firing data. Seen this happen when someone bought a cheap replacement head and used the parameter chip from the old head to save a few bucks.

The 330 series uses the weird i3200 head assemblies that Mimaki wants $5k for, but it uses 2 of them.

Only a $2200 head for those, and not used on a lot of printers. Lots of sublimation printers are using i3200 heads now for newer machines with aqueous/sublimation inks. Short of DIYers, most people want ones with some kind of DOA warranty, or they just get heads through their techs/OEMs...

UV printing is a really broad thing. Looking for small objects, big objects, textured prints, braille, etc? Wanting to do the prints yourself and looking for a machine, or looking to outsource?

Might need to recalibrate the throttle valve, also a chance an air fitting got loosened up.

If you get the prime shipped ones that are fulfilled by amazon, slightly better chance. But yeah, cheap for a reason.
