You may want to search this topic. There is a lot of information about the meaning and resolution of this error. Typically it's something with the Y motor.

Try plugging one of the USB cables in the front of the computer and one in the back if your cpu is configured as such. That way they are individual port and bus.

Use a lint free cloth with the cleaning solution that came with the machine. Do a search in the forum. There are heaps of information from those who have had similar issues.

Isopropyl alcohol can be used to clean the encoder strip.

If restarting computer and machine doesn't work. Try this: in Flexi, try pausing the print queue and then deleting the job. I'm not familiar enough with that brand of s/w, but you can also go into the job directory of Flexi and throw the job in the recycling bin. The job then will no longer...

Thanks Henryp, I'll certainly look into that. The machine does have a take up unit, however, it's not being used in this project, so I know that it's not the cause. What's a good starting point for heat settings regarding 200gsm paper? Thanks again for everyone's input.
