After a couple of cleanings and manual cleanings. How much trouble am I in??
When there's deflection like in the Black and Cyan test print is it curable or do you have to replace? Also the wavy portion on the magenta just started happening. Thanks for any help!
I wonder if it is possible to pause and perform a clean in the middle of a print on a VP540 with Versaworks? It would be helpful on a very long banner that starts to band because of a hair or ??. if anyone knows a solution it would be appreciated!
Is there any other way of aligning banner material on th VP540 other than pulling it from the center and hope for the best? I'm doing 75 ft rolls at a time and re-setting about every 20ft or so...any advice appreciated!

Yes it's sounds like the clicking or pumping during the printing process, sounds like the cleaning process briefly, Must be normal as my unit has about 4 hours on it. I'll contact Roland and get back to the forum.
I just upgraded from the Sp540 to the Vp540 and was wondering if anyone has experienced the cleaning function occuring while printing with the VP? This happens every so often while printing in standard and billboard modes. Thanks!
Loaded right up in Flexi and the colors are perfect! Thanks so much!! Although I couldn't get the 'convert color spot' option recognized when exporting from Corel9 though even though the Roland swatch library is there. Also what are you guys using for Color Management Presets and Properties for...
