Our Roland is not correctly reading the registration marks to die cut printed graphics. When you send to cut it reads them and begins cutting as much as 4 inches off the mark. We had an issue before with the eye being dirty however the GA that dealt with the problem is now living in...
Hope this helps--when printing the head test head A is only printing half of the cyan (the entire right side is missing). All of the other heads are printing the full test pattern.
Our Roland XC-540 is not correctly reading the cut registration to die cut graphics. I am thinking it might be something to the effect of a dirty or misadjusted eye. (We had this problem once before however the GA that assisted has relocated.)
We have a Roland XC-540 and one of the cyan heads is malfunctioning. We have replaced the cap top with no change and cleaned. Does anyone have any suggestions how to address this further? Any ideas are welcome!
