Yeah that's what I did.. basically convert it to a high-res jpeg or the like so it works for the signs your doing. But it seems such of a temporary solution - I just kinda figured there's to many minds out there not to figure out a matching profile or something of the sort ya know!

I'm sure everyone runs into the ole' color issues.. but i've always matched them when I imported a eps from illy to flexi.. so it wasn't a huge issue. Now I have chesapeake's new logo and it has two gradients and when I import it to flexi the color changes lighter just like every other file...

Well I just took the intuitive to redesign the whole darn thing.. so no biggie but it would be informative if anyone knows how to create outlines from ppt files since I do get those alot!

Sweet that works good but i've ran into a few problems. A font missing which I fixed, and there logo and picture in the background messes up.. ugh it's weird! Is there anyway to unlock the picture in powerpoint so you can "mess" with it, also is there any way to convert the font to "shapes"...

Depends.. technically most are copyright by USPCC card company.. and those would be illegal to scan and print. I don't know if all of them are though or even if vectorizing the USPCC regular brand cards would be - eh.. dunno!
