When cutting on 3m premium control-tac it seems to pick up some sharp points of the vinyl or doesn't cut in certain places.. does a really crappy job. Usually when there's heavy ink down it's worse even with a 10 min dry time and slowing the cutting speed down to 15cm/sec.. any advice?

No.. lift up the wheels, roll it out a bit, lock back the wheels that cut off the banner material using a larger box cutter knife..

ONEBAD, that's actually ingenious and I like the thought of having a logo flash for branding purposes but what if you're backed up! Seems it could be alot of unnecessary work! Good idea though..
