    I did the same process for a few jobs in the last few years. 3mm brushed ACM on 1/2" PVC then routed. 3M Scotch Weld Epoxy DP190. It has a 90 minute working time so lots of time to spread the adhesive with a piece of 1/8 styrene card. I am not sure if you can purchase larger tubes than the 50ml...

    I agree with wildside. I think your asking for it delaminate with all the folds and wrinkles. This will allow water to freeze in the folds and cause a failure.

    Hard to tell but I agree with Madams.... Oracal 8510.

  18. What techniques do you guys use to cut perforated vinyl without it messing up on edges?

    You should cut back from the rubber approx. 1/8" and edge seal the perf with 8519 or edge sealer.
