We have a couple quotes coming up and specify that the base plates be 1 1/4 and 1 1/2 inch thick. The place we normally deal with only laser cut up to 1 inch thick so can anyone recommend where to get thicker plates cut and holes cut for the base plates in Ontario canada?

I have a boat at the shop here we are wrapping with 3M 1080 and are cleaning it like we would any other vehicle with alcohol but there is a white powder that keeps coming off as we clean and it seems never ending, is there a better way to get this thing prepped for film?

yes the tracking is acrylic. I thought about rivets but having never used rivets on ACP I wasnt sure if they would hold

We need to install readograph tracking onto some aluminium composite panels and arent sure what is the best way to adhere them to it. On acrylic we use resin bond but thats not going to work on here so I am looking for options to use.
