hello all plotter is a fc8000...i have been using this plotter along with a valuejet 1614 for 3 years now with little to no problems... recently it has been having trouble recognizing the 2nd registration mark? i am using mark type 2 . the plotter scans the 1st mark no problem, then it stops...

hello all...new from NY having a tough time figuring this out... when i send a psd file directly to photoprint it automatically sizes the "panel" size ..but if i open the file in the editor and then send it the rip/print, the panel is zoomed way out and i have to guess where it is and keep...
