I printed this on green cast Oracal 6150 with my Mutoh and it lays down perfectly. Then I printed it on this pink and it’s horrible. Not sure why. It’s both same profile, same fluorescent vinyl, same age of vinyl. running heat at 42 which is what I do for most of my prints. Green was perfect...

Currently have a CE6000 and a Summa D75 The graphtec is now 10 years old a d throws random errors like the main board is dying. ive never really been able to dial in the perf cutting on the summa and wondering if I should pickup a CE7000-60 or a FC series cutter instead. been looking on...

the fact that ALL of them are missing makes me wonder.... (my printer is single cap large, not individual caps) it was a perfect nozzle check yesterday. could it be ink or electrical? =/

it was fine last night, printed all day yesterday.... got in today and stated printing and it looks like this... all black/gray across the design.(very bottom nozzle check).... restarted the printer and then did a nozzle check which got rid of the black overlay but now 1 whole set of black...

well that didnt fix it.

I have flexi 12. tried that still was doing it.... last night I turned off my firewall will see if that fixes it for the long term.... if its that then I can just add the program back into the firewall and turn it back on.

This is constantly disappearing (it shows as blank) and I have to click the drop down and hit other, then pick this PM. (I only have 1) it used to stick and I never had to pick this, but now its pretty much every time I print. any ideas?

I think I need a new cap, where can I buy one? is it easy to change? I haven't changed anything but I clean the machine weekly. Head cleaning doesn't clear the clogs. anything else I should try/change at the same time?

my workaround was to not use panels (setting panels to the largest possible size, since its enabled no matter what)

im starting to think its the latest Flexisign update....anyone know when that happened? just bad timing on my part with the computer crash too I think

when it stops does the machine show PANEL 1 on the cutter? I have an issue that's similar and the work around I'm using so far is to set panels on the machine to size = 250CM (max size it will go) even if the panels are off on the machine, flexi is doing something weird to enable it somehow...

what happens now is ill send a file to cut, it will scan all the reg marks, and start cutting panel 1, then it returns to the start point and just sits there (the summa display reads panel 1) is this a driver issue for the summa plotter? or is there a setting in flexicut to make it continue...

I know this is an old post but I solved this issue for you. If using Flexisign you can check mark the box that says "Eliminate Line Segment Overlap" and it will cut those lines that overlap only once!

Ok until recently I could copy / paste an object or text in FlexiSign and when I would go to paste it ctrl -V it would hold it for me and i could place it with my mouse then click for where i wanted it to land. now it just pastes it some where else randomly in my canvas so i have to go look for...

is this due to a bad blade holder? If so I'll order one asap. recently I've noticed some of my cuts are not super precise. this machine has been flawless up till the last month or so. it still usually works well but randomly I'm getting cuts that are not repeatable (for multi color layering...

Current Status

turns out it was ink waste tank full...drained and reset all good. manual says it will be a blinking red light, but it was a solid orange light.
