Following. My shop just ‘upgraded’ from an HP Latex 360 to an HP Latex 800w and I am not impressed. Constant crashing, screen on the printer freezing and becoming unresponsive, spongy and inconsistent prints no matter what the output profile is (I’ve gone all the way up to 600 dpi 12p_6C-110)...
