They both have the strip but only the graphtec has the channel. Note that using the channel, you need to change the blade position.

In your shoes, id look at a FC9000. the FC8600 is the previous model. Having the cutting strip and cutting channel on the graphtec is better for die cut stickers. The summa can do this, but it does it on the cutting strip, means more wear and usually slower.

Really? we only just changed ours after 4 years. Our tech said there's no real need to change them unless they're stuffed. Although they are a consumable, there is a dispute this should be a service replaced item and not under general maintenance as it's not a simple job for most people.

Who reads the paper these days? As Stacey mentions, Social media such as facebook, instagram, tiktok. Join local communities on facebook that allows people posting their services. There's so many ways to get your name out there. The paper wouldn't be my first choice.

Onyx issue. Onyx wont help because they will never take responsibility... (not a joke) To get around this issue, Im pretty sure it was a barcode placement issue. If you have the barcodes top and bottom, it should be ok. If they're left and right, with intermediate marks, it'll have issues...
