We have cut shapes, then applied the printed graphics to the shapes. The print just needs to be contour cut. It is a little bit of a pain, but do-able. As mentioned, the print can sometimes get stretched. But, taking that into consideration, you can make the routed shape a little larger to make...

I really like your design Pat. It would look awesome with spot UV. I think some people are just born with a gift... And then there are others (that I know personally)...no matter how hard they try, or how many classes they may take, or how much they love art, they may never get it.
