So what do you figure $3000--4000 to sandblast and paint?
I was thinking 3 -4 days with 3 or 4 men and the 55 gal drum.......and charge $3500
not worth it?
So any ideas as to the best way to remove the dirty sun baked glue off the 53' trailer???
By the way the other side is worse............
The client wants me to wrap it.
Thanks all
I have all the samples of the Avery Diamond line film.
NOT large enough flake to look like a bass boat paint job.
I was hoping for Big flakes to wrap my shop truck and my boat.
Anyone have a suggestion of vinyl that I can use for wrapping over a wrap and then 30 days later removing it?
With out causing damage to the 1s wrap.
The existing wrap is 3M with8518 lam
Not more than a year old.
Anyone know a place to get new rubber for that tool?
Or a place to buy a new cheaper knock off?
I dont feel like spending $136.00 for a new 3M one when all i need is the rubber
Thanks all

I will look into the Eye One & thanks for the reassurance that this printer is a good choice.
My suppiler did show me how to do the basics but did not mention the issues with the es3 inks and profiles.
I dont know a dam thing about creating profiles.
The tech bled all the air out of the dampers and filled them to the top.
The lilic print is pre bleeding dampers the blue sky print is after all that.
You can imagne my frustration, I replaced a mutho falcon 48 that was pretty trouble free...
Just a reminder im useing es3 inks
It seems all the profiles out there for this printer are for the full solvent ink set.
I cant be the only one running thr es3 inks.
Please look at the photos people..!!!
This is a brand new JV & the tech was here for 8 hrs and still no resolving of this issue.
