    Anything? Still getting the error. We have to shut off the machine and reboot it. Sometimes it takes more than once for the error to go away.

    I know the manual says "Water pump timeout"....but how do you fix this? Our operator has to shut it off and turn it back on a few times for it to stop. Is there something i can do to prevent this from happening every day? Thanks for your help everyone!

    New here....I've already posted a few threads in the Mimaki section. We currently have a JF 1631 and 1610 for flatbed printers. We also have one JV33 and two JV3's. Anyways, thanks for the reading and hope to learn more about those machines!!

    How do you check to see if the dampers are properly working? In my test draw, the light magenta is missing about 10 rows of nozzles on the top third of the test. I soaked the head overnight in cleaning solution and did a test and it looked a little better, but then i did a hard clean and it...

    Somehow it was switched to auto clean after every run. I'd like to change it back but do not know how and can't find out anywhere in the manual how to do change it. Suggestions? Thanks!

    Sounds like your capping is out of alignment. If you don't have an adjustment tool, you'll have to contact Mimaki and schedule a tech to come in.
