OFF TOPIC: I see your Highland Park High School there in Topeka is the subject of a mini-series on the A&E channel, "Undercover High." I was a little shocked to see that cell phones had become such a disruptive problem in high schools.
Yes, it is a problem and the crime in that area of town is...
You guys rock! Update: I was able to route out the ones that were square and able to measure (L, T, I, E...) and my production guy hand cut the rest and they came out perfect. With you all and your expert advice to back me up, I was able to convince my boss that this was the best course of...
I would love that, however my boss wants these routed out on my CNC Router. I was thinking getting them close and then have my production guys do the fine tuning with the saw... I don't know how they would feel about that though, hehe
Has anyone had to recreate acrylic letters for an existing sign? We are replacing acrylic on a channel letter sign and the old ones were hand cut. I'm having a really hard time trying to get them designed so that they will fit... especially S and R, and curves. Has anyone done this and been...
Yes, they have - it didn't go well. I guess they've tried more than I thought. The closest they've gotten is moving the whole print down while the roller is up and being very careful not to let the laminate touch the print. We will try it again today.
Our shop just got a 13' Bobis Multiapplicator table and it works great, but we are trying to figure out how to laminate things longer than our table. We've almost had it with laminating as far as we can, lifting up the roller, moving the print down and then trying to laminate the remainder, but...
We are going to be installing floor graphics for our client and we aren't sure about something. We read or heard somewhere that the laminate needs to be a little bigger than the graphic? Is this true or can we just cut the graphic out all one size? Thanks in advance for your help!
So, I found where the .gsp fonts were, deleted ARIAL BLACK and tried to re-convert it with my GSP converter and it's wanting to put it back in as italic. I attached a screenshot of what my converter looks like... the first preview looks normal but when I click convert it is italic!
I have been having a problem with using Arial Black in Composer. Both Arial Black and Arial Black Italic are coming up italic. I can't figure out how to delete a font in composer so I can convert it again. Has this been a problem for anyone else?
Thanks in advance!:banghead:
