How can I adjust the head on this machine? I see a lever but it's not moving when I try to adjust it.

I am getting head strikes past right along the edge of all of my graphics. I am wondering if I need to raise the head on my printer or something. It is happening on vinyl and banner material. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Turns out I just needed to quit trying to feed the printer microbrews. Apparently Falcon Outdoors prefer Pabst. Who knew...? Thank you again for all of the help. From the sounds of it yesterday, it looks like I'll be hitting the board regularly for little "issues" with this machine! :)

Success! The contact wasn't being made inside the switch. Pull it apart, fixed up the wiring, and now the error is gone. Thanks for all the help!!!

Been lifting and lowering the bottle, nothing changes. Tried rebooting. Still not working. Tried drinking a beer. It's still not working. Any thoughts...?

I did lift the switch up and manually press the button down... still same error.

A meter huh...? Is this something I buy? Or is there any other option to check it's performance?

My Mutoh is not registering the Waste Ink Bottle. Not sure why... Just can't get past an error message "NO WASTE-INK BOTTLE". But there is a bottle, and the switch is pressed down when the bottle is in place. ...

Checked the switch, it seems to be moving up and down fine, but not registering when there is a bottle (or my finger) in place. Is this something that goes out often? Easy to fix? Any ideas?
