It is actually one piece made for use with standard set screws. I might have to consider getting two brackets and sandwiching the signs in between them, but I only want to do that if I've exhausted other avenues.

Grimco doesn't have these. I can't find them anywhere. Is it possible, they just don't make these anymore? They are flat on the bottom and are screwed straight down into the post.

I can not seem to find these anywhere. The set screws are so old and corroded that I can't get them out. I worked on one for about 1.5 hours and finally got it out, but that is just ridiculous when I have to do 24 more signs. Anyone have any ideas?

What do you clean the encoder strip with? I do see a couple of spots where it looks like some ink is on there.

Okay, well I figured out that I needed to set the machine on host priority. I knew there was something I was not doing, I just figured it was on the software side.

At this point my main concern is that when I tell something to print 4 pass or 8 pass and send the print, the machine is printing at 16 or 32 pass. It looks pretty, but it is ridiculously slow. I am wondering if there is something I am not doing to apply the changes.

Got the PM....I would have responded to it, but it is telling me your box is full. I hear ya. Any help would be great. I do have the CD's, but there is not a lot there. Do you use the same profile for pretty much everything, or do you use different ones? I guess all I really need is one...

Sorry, SS2 solvent ink. All the profiles available for download are ICC profiles which I can install as an Input profile, but they are not recognized as a device profile which I believe is a COT file. The installation instructions for these profiles tell me to use the device profile installer...

Turns out it was the cables that needed to be replaced...I have gotten a good test draw with all six colors finally showing up. I haven't done a head alignment yet, but how much much of a difference does this make?

Replaced all the cables just to make sure everything was good. Came back with a good test draw. I am happy now.

okay. I might have jumped the gun a little. When I switched the cables, it looks like the error is coming from the head that I switched the cable to. Hopefully I just need a new cable and this was the problem for the original large streak of cyan.

Now I woke up this morning to a head error 07 message that appears to be referring to the head that I just replaced. I switched the cables and restarted the machine and came back with the same error.

Terrible Test Print After replacing a head, I am greeting basically the same thing as the original post here. Except I am having the problem with what I believe to be light cyan. Do I need to replace the cables?
