  5. JV-33 Majenta problem

    Try cleaning the ink cap the rubber around it might have a lot of ink build up. Also try a nozzle wash and let the print head soak for a few minutes. I really think the problem is with the ink cap, might need to replce the cap station? Good Luck :rock-n-roll:

    Yes white is loaded we printed on clear with no problem. It's going back to regular white vinyl that we're having the issues?
