well... looks as though it was that the belt was coming off on the other end of the machine on the secondary Y-axis pulley. Must have worked itself down when I had it off when changing the main drive Y-axis pulley. Doing secondary head cleaning as I have almost all printheads back

Follow Up Just took the far left cover off to find the belt had moved down off the pulley slightly.... heads went all the way down and back w/o an issue after re positioning the belt on the pulley..... doing a head cleaning now... fingers crossed!!!

Yes, I've tried all of that. If the buffered job which hold all the print information printed correctly I would know it was a profile issue, but when it also printed orange I knew there was an issue!
