Similar situation. Export as tiff gives great results... However I have some complex contour cut lines that obviously don't transfer over through tiff. I have currently been building two files. One .ai with contour cut line, and one tiff file... I then manually insert and place the contour...

My little copper mesh screen is gone off of one of my capping station tops!!! I have literally no idea where it went! Might have became stuck during head soak? no idea... its a new capping station *2 months or so... Anywhere I can purchase another mesh screen?

I use 3640 and 210 and thats the lowest I go... I find people complain when I wasn't laminating so now I always laminate

I am officially sick of loosing my carts over night. I have a new capping station with metal screens. My drain lines aren't clogged... so strange. I'm going to start pulling my carts when not in use. What else could cause my carts to empty...?

Pat, agreed... $60 isn't a good deal of money... but when you need 12(100ft) lengths... its gets a bit crazy ;)

Thanks for all then input! My suppliers I deal with can slit.. the problem was I get a 12" roll and slit it to 4" and 8"... now i have an 8" roll that is going to be pretty much useless//pain to use. I will check out a few options... Or use duck tape ahahaha.

I have a project that requires 100ft lengths of solid vinyl both 2" and 4" wide... I have a few weird rolls that I got awhile back, however now that I actually need the stuff, I can't find it! I do not see spending the money on a 24" roll.. and cutting off 4" or 2" of it, to be a valid...

I used frog juice once... Never again. Clear star is much better imo. I laminate everything now with bs.

If you need to know. Flexi 8.1v2 & Mutoh Falcon I am using the oracal icc for 3651. I also have "use icc defaults" checked in driver options of advanced settings in PM. I feel I am starting to get a little bit of overlapped banding. Does flexi override built in step adjust on mutoh...
