I don't have the same printer as you. However I have had similar oddities with mine. My problem was the head height. It was too far from the media. My printer has a few different head positioning heights for varied media thickness... if yours does, check that... could be simple.

I have some bad cross contamination in my yellow damper... And I have no syringe on hand to pull it that way.... I might be stuck until I can get a syringe this week. I keep trying to print 3"x3" yellow squares to get the black out.

I am going through wash machine. I get to the point where it says remove cartridge. I removed my yellow and replaced it with the cleaning cartridge. However It still says remove cartridge?

I moved the lever over a few notches and no change in printing. I only have the operation manual. So if anyone can point me towards a manual that has troubleshooting, if there is such a thing, that would be a great help.

Hello, I recently purchased a Mutoh Falcon. All of the sudden today It started printing a bit out of wack. There are two different black dial sort of things on the front of each print head? do these move the heads? Thanks!
