+1 My black head is actually the same, much worse than what was pictured, and we run with it. I notice it with tiny text but other than that it still works just fine!

Grimco hands down. Colorado not sure which branch you deal with, but the Miami does have in-house techs (at least for Mimaki) they helped me replace both the capping stating and the pump station so that I didn't have to call in a tech... they are very helpful!

unfortuently just because this is a sign site does not make it any different from the rest of the world, there will ALWAYS be people that will rip off and scam other people. Personally I think it's a bit naive to think otherwise.
