its possible you will have to convert outlines to objects,weld,combine etc.. not all vector clipart is ready to cut. I use Corel x4 btw and am sure Illy has the same tools..just different names.
The distressed effect with garment vinyl would take alot of weeding and may not be good for commercial use considering time and profit, Way better to screenprint it.:Canada:
Tom Knight at Advanced Artist has great tuts,plugins and everything you would probably need. I bought his power training vids and were well worth it.
Its pretty easy to do.
Have you tried imageclip? It is a self weeding paper that has no polymer window..only good for lights and not good for photography type art, It is made by Conde Systems and apparantly they will have imageclip for darks coming out real soon. Check their website.

A person on t shirt forums.com did a wash test on all the samples he got from SGIA. There wasnt a sample from sawgrass. I would also want to see it in action before I purchased. Brother and Kornit havethe best machines imho.
Hey Chitoon, How did all that other advice that everyone gave you? I know how frustrating thing can get when tools dont go right. Did you call O.P.? sOUNDS Like he had some great info on how to cut straight out of Corel.
Ok ,the vacuum is to small..but then so is the compressor. It goes up the left size into the booth.
Inside are two shhets of coroplast that go into a v shape so I can collect the sand through the little trap door at the bottom and also a big air filtration
above my head which isnt showing.
