i am also having the same problem with falcon...i have talked to mutoh and some other techs...they all say different things....mutoh told me wrong material for the printer..material loaded incorrect blah blah blah...i cant get an answer from anyone...so if someone could help us that would be...

I had one new roll. did a couple of prints. they were messing up. i thought it was a bad roll. so i took it back got a new roll and same thing was happening. so i tryed a differnt roll and samething is happening. i dont know it is driving me nuts tryin to figure it out

check with a local dealer. I got my mutoh 48", flexi 8 pro, take up real, shipped to my door, start up kit from 3m, training, warranty on site, banner, ink, some fill software, and other odds and ins, tax and everything for about 13000.

Can i use the plugins in flexi if i dont have photoshop??
