Recently we have thrown removals out the window. We linked up with a local shop in the city that does vehicle painting.. they pull it inside their heater for 30 minutes at a good temperature.. walk in and the graphics are nice and soft and they remove away.

You know what it probably was in the end. Someone describing to you what they were looking for as a "wrap" and really they don't truly understand what a wrap is. So you are quoting on full graphics covering the entire vehicle in full colour, and your competitor is doing potentially just vinyl...

Using CV3 .. and am absolutely loving it. We are using the 8518 overlaminate (gloss) .. and I am extremely impressed and pleased with it. I'd say it's cutting 15-20% of time off the installation..

We've got the Mutoh 1604 and have been extremely pleased with the quality of output... We bought it from a company called Mondrian Hall, and they service it for us.

PF (page feed) issues. So i went back to the start of all the test mutoh has. I did the PF test again and now i am confused. Did the 250mm test thing, i mesure it with a steet ruler as described, and get 249mm, "great i think it's off by 1mm so i tell the initial adjust thingy that it is 249mm...

the printer is a valuejet 1604, and we have been lucky up to now that it's been flawless. But we have been noticing more and more "wave banding" in our reds and certain blues. Kinda odd..We ran the full gamut of alignment, PF adjust. blah blah blah...and still looks all the same. We are running...

We bought the Mutoh 1604 and have been incredibly pleased with the machine!
