Sounds like a Head Strike to me. I use a Roland and have the ability to adjust Vacuum Settings, if possible you may need to do this, especially when printing on banner material. Hope it helps!

Unfortunately this is what happens when the customer has something stuck in their head. This is a sign she brought in as a sample that someone else had done and she loves the font. She's one of those that won't listen to "reason". But oh well, thanks a bunch for the help!!
