I use flexi mutoh edition right now and I cannot get the banding out of this static cling im using. Especially in the blues, it leaves dark wavy lines (print in wave1.) Pf adjust doesn't help, it just makes the lines less dark and then leaves white areas inbetween each wave. So I am hoping...

Thats a tricky question. Turns out the person I am "leasing" it from never registered it. It is still registered under the dealer, so any warranty work is going to be tough to get going. It is suposed to be under warranty for another month or so, we shall see.

UPDATE: Mutoh called me back and told me to check the carriage lock-back bracket. I noticed a thread on here where someones problem was caused by this bracket being bent. Mine is just barely bent, if at all, but I will try adjusting it to see if that fixes it. I dont see how that could cause...

Another thing that is weird is the mesh on the left side was clean for the longest time, now that this error is occuring that mesh is starting to get saturated. Everything is clean and smooth, what the heck is going on!!

Its worse than i thought. I cannot get past the first half-inch now. It just errors out after 2 passes, I have tried multiple times. I wonder what is causing this!

I have googled the part # the mantenance PDF had in it along with several other key words and I cannot find a single website that sells the cleaning supplies and such. The main thing im looking for are the mesh pads, mine need to be replaced desperately. I havn't tried calling anyone yet...

Ok you're right, but is there any way to view an actual ETA? I suposed I can time how long it takes to go up each % and estimate it that way, but you would think the rip would be able to automate that?

It doesn't :( It rips it, then changes to the printing status. I have only tested a few SMALL jobs (like a few square feet) but so far the printing % is 100% and disapeared before the printer even starts!!

Well Mutoh says to center the media in the printer, wouldn't it save time to place the material towards the head start area instead?
