Hello everyone. I have a vj1614 connected via usb. In using flexi and every print is coming out almost double the size! I cannot seem to figure out how to try connecting via network port. Is there any documentation on how to configure it via cat5? Thanks

OK I gave a brief desc of this in a previous thread. I rip a file in to production manager, it reads for example 8"x12". I unclicked enable driver options just in case to try to fix this problem. When the printer prints the file its coming out to like 20"w!! Every setting I have checked...

Quick Update. In production manager whenever i try to rip or even TEST PRINT I get "Caught Exception, ERROR CODE -6." Whenever I right click on a job and goto job properties i get the same error. Does this sound like a software problem rather than the printer being configured correctly?

Sorry I meant to say NO USB DRIVERS. I was typing fast. I guess I need to do some research on how to set up a printer server. The person that sold the machine to me simply said plug it in to the router, set up its ip, and input that in to flexi.
